Courthouse Annex

A 4 story reinforced concrete parking structure/office building built over the northbound lanes of I-43. The exterior was faced with panels of Indiana limestone. The three floors of parking held enough room for 400 cars and the office space for the County Public Works Department consisted of 58,000 square feet.
