Blue Cross Building

A ten story pentagon-shaped headquarters for Blue Cross of Wisconsin for a cost of $12.9 million. The building has about 270,000 square feet of office space. Architect I. M. Pei worked with Brust-Zimmerman on the design of the building. Blue Cross moved out of the building in 2006 and sold it for $7 million in 2009. It currently remains vacant.
