Building History Detail
411 Building

A 30 story office building built for the Winmar Development Corp for $78 million. The building was constructed of reinforced concrete with a brutal exterior of buff colored precast concrete panels and has a height of approximately 385 feet. The plan of the building is a diamond shape with a rectangular nine-story parking garage on the Michigan side of the property. A sunken exterior plaza on the east side and a dramatic five story glass enclosed atrium lobby help to make the street level more appealing although the west side of the building is left as a vacant afterthought.
