Johnston Emergency Hospital

A three story brick and stone emergency hospital built for the city and built in the gothic style of the Francis I period. The money for the hospital was donated by banker and philanthropist John Johnston. This building replaced the old and decrepit hospital that was in use on Broadway between Mason and Wells.
