| Benesch Building A two story brick building with an Egyptian-styled terra cotta cornice built for the offices of Irving Benesch Real Estate. The building had space for stores on the ground floor and was built with offices on the upper floor. In the 1940s, the ground floor was occupied by National Food Stores and a tavern. Terris East nightclub was later operated at this location. Before it was closed in the 2000's, it housed Edwardo's Pizza restaurant.
