Blackstone Apartments

An eight story brownish-gray brick and stone apartment building with a reinforced concrete structure and terra cotta ornamentation. The building was built with ninety-nine apartments finished in oak and with all modern conveniences. Apartments had small exterior balconies with ornate wrought iron railing.
