Hotel Delaware

A four story brick and stone building built for Otto Schomberg with stores on the ground floor and residence rooms above. It had two large bay windows on the upper stories and an iron cornice on the front. It was originally known as the Union Square Building and became a hotel by 1916. The building dimensions were 50x85 feet and it was built at a cost of $36,000.
