RH Miller Building A two story building constructed for the R & H Miller Store with a large cafeteria operated by Wrigleys inside. The exterior was built of glass with aluminum trim and had no windows on the upper floor. It was built of reinforced concrete able to withstand the addition of more floors as the business expanded. A unique feature was a pond six inches deep on the roof to help keep the building cool. The land was under lease from the Plankinton Trust.
